What is communications?

Change management is the process, tools and techniques to manage the people side of change to achieve required business outcome.

What is engagement?
Engagement happens when you meet with a stakeholder or a group of stakeholders to bring their perspective into your work. Really trying to see their point of view can shape your work or transform stakeholder buy-in.
