Making sure that our VPFO team is well-informed is a priority, and we have several different channels in our portfolio to connect information with the right audiences.
VPFO websites
The VPFO has a number of websites for finance, operations, and advisory functions.
VPFO Digital Signage
VPFO Communications oversees 21 digital signage systems across multiple buildings, offices, and shops to share information with VPFO staff.

VPFO newsletters
The VPFO has internal newsletters to keep our staff, teams, and partners informed
- VPFO newsletter (Monday weekly): Received by all VPFO staff, and partners
- UBC Facilities (Tuesday weekly): Received by Facilities staff, and partners
- UBC Finance (Friday weekly): Received by all UBC staff with a finance-related role
- Safety & Risk Services (Monday bi-weekly): Received by Safety & Risk Services staff
- Community Safety (third Wednesday monthly): Received by Community Safety staff
