The VP Finance & Operations portfolio at UBC (VPFO) is guided by the VPFO Strategic Plan (2024-2027), in which the VPFO aims to become internationally recognized as leaders and trusted business partners, driven by values of excellence, unity, and accountability while enabling UBC’s mission of teaching, learning, and research.

The 2024–2027 VPFO Portfolio Strategic Communications Plan is a supporting document to the Portfolio Strategic Plan that outlines the communications, engagement, and cultural initiatives needed to achieve the VPFO’s portfolio-wide strategic directions and provides an aligning structure for individual division/project communications.
