The VPFO communications, engagement and change matrix [EXCEL] is a tool for assessing engagement goals, change readiness, influence, impact, and risk across high-level internal stakeholder groups of the VPFO. It is intended to support the planning of projects or changes that involve portfolio teams or team members as stakeholders.

Under each organizational groups across the VPFO, such as senior leadership, frontline staff, etc., you will find options (annoted on following tabs) to:

• Assess the ideal engagement level for each stakeholder group using the IAP2 spectrum
• Assess current change position for each stakeholder group using the ADKAR model
• Assess influence, impact, and risk for each stakeholder group using a high/medium/low scale.
