To assist staff and faculty in submitting expense reimbursements, Finance & Integrated Services has put together a Reimbursing Expenses – “Carpe per Diem” online course. Help us share this course with anyone new to submitting expenses.
New campaign: Furniture Reuse Program
The Furniture Reuse program accepts donations of gently used, surplus furniture from faculty and departments and resells it to the UBC community and broader public to help divert waste from disposal. Help us promote this sustainability initiative.

On October 19, 2023, practice how to Drop, Cover, and Hold On at 10:19 am during the annual Great BC ShakeOut earthquake drill. Help us encourage participants to join in the drill and learn about earthquake safety at ready.ubc.ca.
