What we’re asking
We would like your help with sharing this information about the VP Finance & Operations (VPFO) User Research Survey to your channels as you see fit.
This user research survey uses the Top Tasks methodology to understand what tasks matter the most on VPFO websites as they relate to finance and payroll, buildings and spaces, and safety and security at UBC. This survey is anonymous and will take 5–10 minutes to complete. This survey can be taken on a mobile device or desktop, although a desktop is preferred.
The survey opens on Friday, October 27 and closes at 11:59 pm PT on Monday, November 13.

Your feedback matters. Take the VPFO User Research survey!
The VP Finance & Operations portfolio (VPFO) is undergoing targeted user research for all their websites, including finance.ubc.ca, facilities.ubc.ca, and srs.ubc.ca to find out what type of information is most important to UBC staff and faculty like you! At this time, we are looking for feedback specifically from faculty and staff. However, students and the community are welcome to take the survey as well.
This survey relates to finance and payroll, buildings and spaces, and safety and security at UBC. Your feedback is essential in helping the VPFO gain a better understanding of your information needs and will help shape the future of their websites.
The survey will only take a few minutes to complete, and is open to both the UBC Vancouver and Okanagan campus.
